NASFA's Great Plains & West Regional Meeting will take place in Traverse City, Michigan. Arrival on Monday, September 29 and departure on Thursday, October 2, 2025 are the dates you should schedule. Presentation sessions and tours will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In addition to providing lodging, the meeting will be held at Hotel Indigo. Room rates are $134 per night plus 11% tax. The deadline for hotel reservations has been extended to Friday, September 12, 2025.
