Both Tuesday tours are conveniently located within walking distance, so you are welcome to participate in both.
Governor’s Mansion Tour
Capacity: 35 participants per tour
Tour times: 2pm to 3pm and 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Important details:
Background checks are required in advance. You must complete all requested information on the registration form or you will not be permitted to attend.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for security screening.
A government issued photo ID is required for entry.
There is no on-site storage. Any bags must be small and remain with you throughout the tour.
Transportation is on your own.
VIP Texas Capitol Tour
Capacity: 35 participants per tour
Tour times: 2pm to 3pm and 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Important details:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for security screening.
A government issued photo ID is required for entry.
After security, proceed to Room 1S.2 located on the first floor south wing, west side, to meet your VIP guide.
Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Wednesday, June 10
AT&T Campus Tour
Capacity: 20 participants per tour
Tour times: 1pm to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 4pm
Important details:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
Proper attire is required, including pants and flat, closed toe shoes. Sandals, flip flops, and high heels are not permitted.
Transportation is on your own.
Each tour offers a memorable way to experience the host city while connecting with fellow attendees. You may sign up for as many tours as you would like. These tours are complimentary, but space is limited. Please reserve your spot by May 31.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS - Room Block Full
The conference room block has now been filled. However, FacilityForce has generously offered a room block for NASFA attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn, located a few blocks away, at a group rate of $122 per night. The University of Texas is a tobacco-free campus and prohibits the use of all forms of tobacco products in or on University property. Tobacco use is only allowed in the AT&T Conference Center’s designated tobacco-use area.
TRAVEL
We recommend flying into Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center is located about 15 minutes away by taxi or rideshare, depending on traffic, and sits at the south entrance to The University of Texas at Austin campus. NASFA does not provide shuttle services for the conference.
