Featuring Gordian
April 28, 2026 | 11:00am PT/ 1:00pm CT/ 2:00pm ET
DESCRIPTION
State facility administrators are being asked to maintain aging infrastructure, meet rising community expectations, and improve service reliability—all without corresponding budget growth. In 2026, simply being a caretaker of buildings is no longer enough. State governments must operate as strategic asset stewards, leveraging better data, smarter planning and modern delivery models.
In this session, we’ll highlight a flexible portfolio of solutions—including customized condition assessments, simplified capital planning, streamlined procurement, and data‑rich benchmarking—to help agencies strengthen resilience, unlock efficiency and ensure long-term value for the communities they serve.
