  • Jim Streeter, Vice President for Planning Services, Gordian -- As Vice President of Planning Services, Mr. Streeter’s role focuses on the management and operational delivery of Gordian’s capital planning solutions including facility condition assessments, capital planning software configuration and implementation, facilities return on investments benchmarking, and strategic capital planning program development and support.  Mr. Streeter brings close to 30 years of experience and knowledge, 22 with Gordian, related to facilities construction and engineering, HVAC engineering, property condition assessments, building codes and standards, condition data analysis and strategic consulting services. Mr. Streeter is a licensed Professional Engineer in the field of Architectural Engineering and has a BA in Architecture Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, MA.
