Registration costs are $200 per person for NASFA members and $300 per person for non-member corporations. Registration closes November 5, 2025.

NASFA Rates:
$125 per room per night plus 14% tax (In addition, there is a 2.5% credit card transaction fee that applies at checkout. Avoid this fee by using a debit card. Contact the front desk for payment options.)

    • NASFA encourages you to MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY because once the rooms in the NASFA block are gone they are gone, even if that's before the deadline.

    • The hotel will most likely be SOLD OUT during our conference.

    • BEFORE YOU CANCEL a reservation, PLEASE contact NASFA to offer your reservation to another attendee.

  • Early check-in is based upon availability and not guaranteed. We offer free complimentary early check-in starting at 2:00pm. Any check-in prior to 2:00pm is subject to an early check-in fee.

  • The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle to and from any airport.

    You can easily reach our downtown Annapolis hotel via taxi, rideshare, or shuttle from three major airports: Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), Dulles International (IAD), and Ronald Reagan International (DCA).

  • Valet parking is available to overnight guests. Historic Inns of Annapolis offers Dynamic Pricing that does range from $40-$50 per car/per night based on a variety of factors. The rates can be verified at least 10 days prior to arrival. There is no self-parking available.

     Please note that it is NOT guaranteed you will be able to keep your car in the garage for an extended period of time after you’ve checked out of the hotel. Please check with hotel for availability if this is something that you would to do.
