The current state of project management is one in which project delays and cost over-runs are a fact of life for most construction projects.  A fundamental cause of these problems is a lack of transparency and a lack of timely and accurate information. The problems materialize when Owners do not get the information they need from Contractors and Owners essentially lose control over their projects while the Contractors exercise a monopoly over information and the project itself. This webinar presents the solution to deliver projects within time and budget and mitigate missed communications that strains the project organization and impacts all entities involved in the project’s delivery.
