Job Summary and Description 
This position provides direct support to the Executive Director of Administrative Services by coordinating travel and training, scheduling meetings, supporting work groups, committees and taskforces, performing research, compiling data, performing analysis, and composing reports. The Executive Directors Administrative Assistant also has a critical role in supporting the development of the College’s capital projects, annual state capital outlay submittals, campus master plans and lease agreements with a focus on the alignment of all activities and actions with the organizations vision, mission, values, and strategic plans. This position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.

Qualifications
Education and Experience


Required:
• High School graduate
• Significant experience providing executive level administrative support.
• Significant experience performing research, compiling data, analyzing data, and composing reports.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Education, Facilities, Public Safety, Public Policy, Construction, or related field.
• Experience with one or more of the following preferred: facility operations, capital planning, auxiliary services, public safety, emergency management, and/or parking.
• Experience working in a college or university preferred.
