Prioritizing Deferred Maintenance

Webinar Date:
      May 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm ET

Facing the challenge of documenting and prioritizing deferred maintenance across a portfolio of more than 3,000 buildings and over 8 million square feet, Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) instituted a statewide facility condition assessment to help them justify capital budgets over the current biennium. The facility condition assessment (FCA) also included an effort to capture equipment inventory to populate their new integrated workplace management system (IWMS) for centralized operations and maintenance which also provides continuous updates of FCA data.
