Your Username could be one of two ways, simply your "last name" or your "first and last name" (all one word, no spaces - e.g. JohnSmith).

Your Password is "NASFA", unless you previously changed it.  If you changed your password and don't remember it, click the option to request your password be emailed to you.  NOTE:  The NASFA staff is no longer able to view passwords.
