Select a specific Job Assistant Director for the Washington Facilities Programs of the Department of General Administration (GA), - Administrator Category Administrator Job Title Assistant Director for the Washington Facilities Programs of the Department of General Administration (GA), Job Description The Assistant Director of the Facilities Division has overall accountability for the areas of facilities and property management, construction management, engineering and architectural services, real estate services, and energy management. Directly leads planning and operations for 89 state-owned buildings, a powerhouse, several roads, seven parks, one body of water, six parking garages, and the Capitol Campus historic buildings and grounds. The division contains thirteen lines of business, staffed by 386 employees with a biennial operating budget of $117.7 million dollars and a biennial capital budget of $42.1 million dollars. This position directly supervises the Facilities Policy, Planning and Business Unit and three major teams: Buildings and Grounds, Real Estate Services, and Engineering and Architectural Services.
