BIM is clearly changing the AEC industry. We have seen it and the SmartMarket Report: the Business value of BIM has confirmed it. What does this mean for us, owners? Luciana Burdi will present what the Commonwealth of Massachsuetts is doing, what they are requiring and how they are approaching BIM services. She will share the Commonwealth BIM Scope-Of-Work prepared by DCAM and a BIM Execution Plan that is being tested in one of DCAM major projects. Afterwards, we will open up to the group with a lessons learned roundtable. Come with your experiences, questions, and ideas.
