Q: Can spouses attend all meetings and functions? A: Yes, only spouses that have registered and paid in-advance or on-site may participate in the meeting, social events including the receptions and banquet. Guest registration includes the following events: President's Reception, Exhibitor Reception, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and the Awards Banquet. Guest registration is defined as a spouse, significant other or other relative, it is not for co-workers of your organization. The guest are not permitted to participate in the presentation sessions during the day. Only those spouses that have registered and paid in-advance or on-site may participate in the meeting, social events including the receptions and banquet. Badges and/or tickets will be checked and collected at the door prior to each event.

Q: Registration Cancellations A: All cancellations must be in writing and received no later than May 29, 2009 for a refund. Cancellations received before May 29 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 29 and no shows will not receive a refund and any balance due will be owned by the registrant.
