You Are Invited To Our Conference

Welcome to the official web site for the NASCA & NASFA National Conference & Resource Expo! This year’s conference will be held June 2009 at the International Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

As the Presidents of the National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) and the National Association of State Facilities Administrators (NASFA), we would like to invite you to be part of our joint venture. 

 

On behalf of NASCA & NASFA we hope you will take this opportunity to attend the upcoming conference and share your experiences from the past year. This is your chance to discuss how to prepare for changes in governmental direction and policies, as well as cutting edge strategies for holding the cost of government down. Like last year, the 2009 conference again promises to be extremely informative with the diversity of both associations' members. The program agenda will incorporate issues from both the facilities management and the administrative management industries with participants able to choose the sessions that best fit their needs. Traditional roundtable discussions are also on the program, which always provide a stimulating forum for new ideas.

 

NASCA & NASFA assembled together at this conference will provide participants the opportunity to become better prepared for the dramatic changes taking place in state government. Both associations are national, non-profit organizations that strive to champion excellence and innovation in state government. NASCA is an association dedicated exclusively to the general services administration professionals and the unique challenges they face. NASFA is composed of facilities professionals that are responsible for the planning, development, operations and maintenance of state facilities, including departments of transportation, real estate, parks, and colleges and universities.

 

If you have never attended a NASCA or NASFA conference, we encourage you to attend this year. Both associations provide extremely valuable networking opportunities as well as the chance to share innovative solutions to issues facing both the facilities and administrative professionals.

 

Make plans to bring your family with you. This year we are pleased to hold the conference at the International Plaza Hotel located in Orlando, Florida, just two blocks from Sea World and other attractions in the Orlando area. Come and enjoy the wonderful world of Orlando!
