Registration

Registration fees include all conference sessions, scheduled meals, refreshment breaks, and social events. Pre-registration is required. Registration fees are due prior to the conference. You will be invoiced upon receipt of your conference registration. NASCA & NASFA member registration fees are for dues paying members only; attendees from non-dues paying states or companies must register at the non-member rate.

$600 NASCA & NASFA Member (Government & Corporate Affiliate)

$900 Non-Member

$400 Guest (Adult)

$200 Guest (15 years old & under; children 5 & under free)

On-line registration is available on the NASCA Web site at www.nasca.org or the NASFA Web site at www.nasfa.net. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations postmarked, faxed, or e-mailed on or before 15 calendar days prior to the meeting will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No registration fees will be refunded after May 28, 2008. Any registration form without payment will not be processed.

Note: It is required that all attendees and guests wear their name badge to all meals and social functions. If you do not have your name badge you will not be admitted. Also, you must have a ticket to enter the banquet on Tuesday, June 10. Guests who want to attend the awards banquet only on Tuesday evening can participate in the banquet ticket exchange program. More information about banquet tickets will be available at the conference.

 

Guest Registration

Guest registration includes the following events: President's Reception, Exhibitor Reception, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and the Awards Banquet. Guest registration is defined as a spouse, significant other or other relative, it is not for co-workers of your organization. The guest are not permitted to participate in the presentation sessions during the day.  Only those spouses that have registered and paid in-advance or on-site may participate in the meeting, social events including the receptions and banquet. Badges and/or tickets will be checked and collected at the door prior to each event.
